In such cases, placing an order or paying a deposit constitutes an agreement to proceed with a purchase under our terms. All deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your individual client agreement. By paying the deposit, you agree that it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or change of mind.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5. Warranty
Please contact us directly regarding any product concerns, as warranty details may vary depending on the device purchased. We aim to support clients where possible with repair or replacement solutions, but official warranty terms are currently offered on a case-by-case basis.

We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and business status through our website forms. This information is used only for communication purposes, including booking discovery calls or responding to enquiries. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

11. SMS Messaging Program Terms
New Wellness Australia SMS Program
By opting in to receive SMS messages from New Wellness Australia, you agree to receive occasional marketing messages, appointment reminders, service updates, promotional offers, and customer support messages via text message.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to the number you receive messages from. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation SMS to verify your unsubscribe status. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again through the same process you used initially.
